SUMMARY:Fast and Accurate RRAM Write-and-Verify via Hadamard-Encoded Read
 and ADC-Energy-Reduced HARP
DESCRIPTION:Ilhuan Choi (Seoul National University); Jiwon Yoo (Yonsei Uni
versity); and Yoona Lee, Yewon Jeong, Jason Lee, and Woo-Seok Choi (Seoul
National University)\n\nWe propose two circuit-aware write–verify (WV) sch
 emes for resistive-RAM (RRAM)–based analog compute-in-memory (ACiM) that r
educe the dominant cost of analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). Hadamard-E
ncoded Parallel-Verify (HD-PV) improves readout signal-to-noise ratio thro
ugh Hadamard-driven vector sensing and inverse decoding, enhancing robustn
ess without added analog hardware. Hadamard-based ADC-Energy-Reduced Paral
lel-Verify (HARP) preserves this SNR benefit while replacing full successi
ve-approximation-register (SAR) conversions with one-shot decisions, lower
ing energy. On CIFAR-10, conventional WV suffers large accuracy loss, wher
eas HD-PV and HARP keep degradation under 3% and offer up to 3× speedup, w
ith HARP achieving the lowest overall energy.\n\nTrack: Student\n\n
